Monet Ragsdale –
Director of Project Management

Monet Ragsdale has more than 20 years of experience in construction operations, business management and urban planning. As Director of Project Management at S3 Partners, Monet is responsible for overseeing the professional project management services at the company. These include site selection/due diligence, construction project management, entitlements and budgeting.

Monet has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries and is skilled in land development, construction, and project and contract management. Prior to joining S3 Partners, she served as development director for a developer for a major grocery store chain where she led the retail team to entitle, develop and deliver 40 grocery stores in more than a dozen western states with combined budgets in excess of $40 million.

In addition, Monet has experience overseeing the expansion of a major manufactured home community and the remodeling of a 70,000 square-foot building into self storage, mixed-use office and fitness facilities. Monet also served as the business manager and operations manager at a large roofing contractor that specializes in ski resort town projects in western Colorado.

Monet began her career as a public agency planner in Southern California. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, CA. She holds OSHA 30 Construction Safety and SafelandUSA certifications.

In addition to her work at S3 Partners, Monet is actively involved in civic groups. She previously served as an owners’ representative and board member on the Lone Cone Library District in Norwood, CO, as president of the Wright Stuff Community Foundation and as secretary and grant writer for the Norwood Youth Organization. In addition, she served as the co-chair of the Norwood School District Advisory and Accountability Committee. She lives in Norwood, CO, in the southwestern part of the state.
