Kendra Taylor – Sr. Project Manager
Kendra has more than 16 years of project management experience. In 2006, she started her career in commercial tenant improvement design and development for executive office space inside Class A buildings. She brought over 23 new spaces to her Dallas based employer, totaling over 1 million SF of new build and renovations. Now, Kendra teams up with S3 on project coordination and management beginning with land procurement, design implementation and build related deliverables of diversified products.
Kendra received her PMP in 2016 from the Project Management Institute where she continues to educate, advocate, and provide mentorship as a global member of the Project Management community.
When she is not project planning, Kendra loves to volunteer at her son’s charter school and be outdoors in all seasons of Colorado- hiking, trekking, skiing, running, camping, canoeing…alongside her Husband, 13-year-old son and a 130lb German Shephard, named Maxine.
